It’s been too long. I’m going to be doing a few one photo posts. Here’s a Taiwanese dish from the Shilin Night market (士林夜市). Stinky Tofu (臭豆腐). Both are incredibly famous in Taiwan and in Taiwanese culture. Here, the fermented tofu is deep fried, drenched in its sauce, and eaten with pickled cabbage.
